All standard orders will be shipped 2-3 business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.

We are shipping nationwide in the Philippines, and due to the ongoing development of the website, we are doing our best to pick the right courier for your orders so you can save up on shipping. Some couriers are not accepting oversized packages (etc. unit bikes) to be shipped to different parts of the country. To continue providing you a good customer service, we have a dedicated Customer Support Representative who will assist you in picking the right courier to ensure the products are delivered to you. Please bear with us for we are still working on with a partner courier service so we can be efficient in delivering your orders.

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 7 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.
